JEWELLERY
For our C’est Bijoux range, to keep our jewellery affordable, all styles are made using brass, Copper or Zinc Alloy and electo plated. Most of our pieces are coated with real Gold or Silver. This allows for your jewellery to stay in tip top condition for as long as possible.
We advise that anyone with metal allergies does not wear our jewellery. For more information, please contact us at info@cestbijoux.com
There are a few basic tips to help keep your jewellery in the best condition for as long as possible:
Ensure your jewellery is kept tangle free and fastened to prevent wear and tear. Keeping on a jewellery tree or in jewellery storage is advised.
Always remove your jewellery when in contact with water – showering, swimming, bathing and not forgetting when you apply body lotion or perfume. Jewellery hates getting wet or any form of moisture!
Your jewellery will arrive in a jewellery pillow box, inside a padded envelope to protect your pieces during the delivery process. If you order more than three items. Each piece will be in a faux leather jewellery pouch, or another gift box, inside our premium packaging. This is also contains packing material to protect your items in transit. We are unfortunately unable to send additional envelopes per order.
If your item becomes faulty within 6 months of purchase we are able to assist with a refund or a replacement for your item, please contact info@cestbijoux.com for further help. We are unable to refund or replace items purchased more than 6 months ago.
ORDERING
We deliver all over Europe – delivery charges apply, and we offer express shipping to many countries. We currently don't deliver to Russia.

Unfortunately once an order has been placed we are unable to cancel this or amend the contents or delivery address.
PAYMENT
We accept payment using all major credit and debit cards alongside PayPal, Apple Pay, ClearPay and Klarna.
We accept Amex, Mastercard, Visa Debit, Visa Delta, Visa Electron, Maestro, Solo and Maestro.
All credit and debit cards will be debited at the point of order.
DELIVERY & RETURNS
Once your order has been dispatched you will be notified via e-mail. Please be sure to check your junk folder if this email does not arrive to your main inbox.
Yes, you have 30 days to return your order. Please refer to our Returns Page. We only refund postage on returns if the item is faulty, please email us first before sending your faulty return.
Earrings and other piercing items are non-returnable for hygiene reasons.
Most of our packages are letter-box sized so can be popped through your door even when you aren't home. If goods cannot be delivered as there is no-one in, a card will be posted through your door with the location of your package.
