OUR RETURNS POLICY
If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you can return it to us for a no quibble refund or an exchange within 14 days by following our Returns Form
We are unfortunately unable to accept the below unless faulty:
- Earrings or piercing jewellery
- Engraved pieces
- Worn goods or items returned not in their original packaging
If your item is faulty, please upload an image on the returns portal of the faulty item and our team will contact you for next steps.
Please note - £3.95 postage fee will be redacted from your final refund amount.
HOW TO RETURN YOUR ITEMS
- Package your items in their C’est Bijoux packaging
- Please follow instructions on our returns form
- Once you have received your shipping label and instructions from us via email, please post it back to us within 7 days.
- A £3.95 returns shipping fee will be redacted from your final refund amount

REFUNDING YOUR RETURN
- Returned items will always be refunded to the original payment method used when placing your order, this includes C’est Bijoux gift cards and vouchers.

Once the parcel is received at C’est Bijoux we will e-mail you within 5 working days of receipt.
- Once we have issued the refund, please allow 7-10 working days for the funds to show up in your account.
- If an item is unsuitable, delivery charges for the return of the item will not be reimbursed. If the item is deemed faulty following inspection, then delivery charges will be reimbursed along with refund or exchange.
- A £3.95 returns shipping fee will be redacted from your final refund amount.
- Split payment purchases by gift card & card, will first be refunded back onto original gift card number.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
